REPLAY MESSAGES

Listening to messages multiple times is simply done either automatically or manually by asking the called or calling party to press a touch tone key on their phone.
- This feature can be used for inbound as well as outbound calling.

RECORD MULITPLE VOICE ACTIVATED RESPONSES

Unlimited amount of questions can be asked. The PR 2000 will listen and record their response until they stop talking. Then the next question is asked automatically.

VOICE MAIL

One thousand voice mailboxes are capable of being programmed into the PR 2000.
- Each voice mailbox records the name of the person who belongs to the mailbox.
- A directory allows a person to type the 1st 3 characters of the persons last name to locate their mailbox.
- Remotely retrieve voice mail messages for all one thousand mailboxes.
- Return to the beginning of the branching voice messaging script after recording a voice mail message.
- Each mailbox is password protected with a unique password created by the person owning the mailbox.
- This feature can be used for inbound as well as outbound calling.

CONNECT TO A LIVE REPRESENTATIVE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD

Connect the called or calling party to a representative by asking them to press a touch tone key on their telephone.
- Any telephone number in the world can be connected to the called or calling party.

ALLOWS DUPLICATE ENTRIES WITHOUT CALLING DUPLICATE NUMBERS

Every person in a household using the same telephone number can now have a separate record so that birthdays and anniversaries are called properly.

CREATE AND EDIT CALL LIST SUB-GROUPS USING A QUICK SELECT SCREEN

Select a Group or type a New Group and highlight the call records, listed in column format, that this group should be added to or deleted from.
