Leading our church consulting at Church Communications Group, she crafts tailored marketing strategies, coordinates teams, and drives successful campaigns. Kim’s collaborative approach energizes meetings, leaving participants with actionable ideas. Her advocacy for multichannel communication solidifies her reputation as a visionary leader in church marketing. Kim is a Certified Facilitator of The Working Genius.

With a background as a Communications Director for 11 years, Jason consults with churches nationwide, helping them reach the unchurched. Leading the Missional Marketing Group of Companies, He loves to wonder and invent when working with churches. Jason speaks at conferences throughout the year, sharing on Church Growth strategies that work!

Joanna la Fleur

With degrees in business and theology, Joanna started her career in tech marketing and has since spent 15 years working inside and beside local churches, big and small. While the Creative Communications Director of a church that quickly grew from 500 to 5000 people, she found the Church Communications Facebook Group as a place of connection, coaching, and friendship. Her desire is to help churches sift through the noise and digital landscape to find the best ways that work for them to make good news sound truly good.

Jenn Clauser

An experienced Church Communications professional, passionate about curating content that calls hearts. (Jeremiah 1:4-10) She creatively extends the Gospel message and strategic vision of the church. Jenn works directly with churches supporting Communications Directors who are newer to ministry or who need an extra ear to bounce ideas off.

With over 6 years of church and non-profit marketing experience, she supports churches by creating marketing plans, content writing, updating websites, and cross-referencing communication channels. With a degree in Marketing, she is passionate about reaching those who do not yet know Jesus.

Balances his time between supporting marketing and communications at Church Communications Group and leading global marketing campaigns at a tech company. He brings over a decade of experience in marketing, event production, and ministry.

Ezra has worked in Church Communications for 5 years as a remote marketing assistant – helping out with messaging on digital platforms. As a freelance creative and digital marketing specialist for 10 years, Ezra has experience in marketing for companies, marketing agencies, retail & consumer goods, and technology. With varied experience and a versatile skill set in digital marketing, Ezra is passionate about connecting communities and building brand presence through engaging campaigns.

Shanna Thompson

With over 15 years of ministry experience, Shanna Thompson specializes in Creative Project Management and Communications. She helps churches plan ahead to make the most impact in their local communities. She thrives on organization and has trained hundreds of churches in the fundamentals of processes & planning. Shanna is also our lead Project Manager for Website builds, working closely with churches to make sure their desired outcome is met.

Brittany Bookout

With over 15 years of ministry experience, as a versatile and visionary Creative Director. She creates inclusive environments within the church where individuals feel deeply understood.

Sponsorship Coordinator

Debbie Porter

Working closely with our church clients and sponsorship partners, Debbie deploys new projects to our team. She will often talk to clients in follow-up and to help get the conversation started. She is a Customer Service expert and can answer any question you may have. Debbie has been with the Missional Marketing Group of Companies since 2011.
