Mary Ann Sibley

Mary Ann has over 20 years of experience in finance working at major banks and as Chief Financial Officer of a publicly held corporation. Then she met Jesus. She started as Project Manager for the church's 89,000 sq. ft building. Which led to leading a volunteer ministry, building teams of leaders leading teams of leaders. A culture of volunteerism that continues to grow today. Her passion provides the tools and encouragement for leaders to grow and build healthy teams on mission for Christ through her business, MatterSpark.
