Find Your Fit:

Custom Learning Tracks for Every Stage of Ministry

Finally, a conference that understands your unique context.

We know that communication strategies for a church of 50 look vastly different than those for a church of 5,000. That’s why this year, we are introducing Church Size & Growth-Stage Tracks.

Whether you are a solo volunteer juggling it all or a director leading a multi-campus team, we have designed a specific learning path just for you. Stop trying to adapt advice that doesn’t fit your reality—join the track that meets you exactly where you are.

We’re not just putting on a conference; we’re establishing a culture where you can be with your people and thrive!

Join us for three days of specialized training, networking, and spiritual refreshment.

Six Sessions Built Just for the Size of Church You Serve

The breakout sessions are designed to connect you with others in churches of similar size. This gives you tremendous benefit because the content is geared to you and others in the room dealing with what you deal with, and it helps you build new relationships where you can share wins and failures.

1.

Smaller-Size Church Impact Sessions

For communicators, volunteers, part-time staff, or solo pastors who are serving in a smaller church.

Small Church Track
Built for communicators who wear a lot of hats and work with limited time, budget, and staff.

  • Strategic (Big Picture Thinking): Building a communications strategy from the ground up
  • Creative: Low-budget, high-impact social media
  • Adaptable: Using your ChMS to strengthen reach and follow-up
  • Empowering: Building and leading volunteer creative teams
  • Organized: Creating templates, workflows, and a Sunday checklist
  • Adaptable: Open Q&A: What questions do you have? Where do I build from here?

Post-conference, you’ll be invited to engage quarterly with your peers from the group in an online meeting in Koinexa to discuss how you have been implementing the strategies you’ve learned. What you’re not changing, you’re choosing! After the conference, it’s time to get to work!

The Small Church Track is built for communicators who wear a lot of hats and work with limited time, budget, and staff. You’ll learn how to build a clear communications strategy from the ground up, get high impact from a low social media budget, and use your ChMS in ways that actually strengthen your reach and follow-up.

You’ll also discover how to recruit and lead volunteer creative teams, and how to create templates, workflows, and a Sunday checklist that bring consistency to your week and make it easier to bring others alongside you. The track wraps up with an open Q&A to help you sort through your questions and decide where to build from here. Every session is designed to give you practical tools you can put to work as soon as you get home.
