Church Communications announced the speaker roster for the SheLeadsChurch.com 2021 women’s leadership development conference. The annual virtual summit is taking place March 3 and 4. The event is 100% online and 100% free to attend. SheLeadsChurch.com invites all women in church leadership, either on staff or in volunteer roles to participate. The theme this year is “Rhythms” and will focus on approaches to healthy rhythms in one’s spiritual life, or work life, and personal life.

“Research tells us that two key factors greatly impacting female leadership development in churches today is (1) Lack of female role models and (2) Lack of resources that specifically equip women in this area. SheLeadsChurch.com 2021 is our answer to both of these needs for female leaders in church ministry,” says Kadi Cole, CEO Kadi Cole & Co., and event co-host.
