With a background as a church Communications Director for 11 years and then launching and running a media company for a combined 10 years, Jason has spent the past seven years as CEO of the Missional Marketing Group of companies. He has coached hundreds of churches nationwide, helping them build strategies to reach the unchurched. He loves to create and invent when working with the staff and churches. Jason speaks at conferences and workshops throughout the year, sharing about church growth strategies that have proven to be successful. With degrees in business and theology, Joanna started her career in tech marketing and has since spent 15 years working inside and beside local churches, big and small. While the Creative Communications Director of a church that quickly grew from 500 to 5000 people, she found the Church Communications Facebook Group as a place of connection, coaching, and friendship. Her desire is to help churches sift through the noise and digital landscape to find the best ways that work for them to make good news sound truly good.

With over 15 years of ministry experience, Shanna Thompson specializes in Creative Project Management and Communications. She helps churches plan ahead to make the most impact in their local communities. She thrives on organization and has trained hundreds of churches in the fundamentals of processes & planning. Shanna is also our lead Project Manager for Website builds, working closely with churches to make sure their desired outcome is met.

Working closely with our church clients and sponsorship partners, Debbie deploys new projects to our team. She will often talk to clients in follow-up and to help get the conversation started. She is a Customer Service expert and can answer any question you may have. Debbie has been with the Missional Marketing Group of Companies since 2011.
